1. Delivery Policy
At Riviera Cosmetics, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a return and refund policy in place to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience.
Delivery times and areas
We ship your orders in 2 to 5 working days in mainland France .
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.).
Carriers and tracking
Packages are entrusted to reliable carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay or equivalent).
A tracking number is automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the carrier chosen and the total amount of your order.
Free delivery offers may be made from time to time.
Delivery address
Please double-check that the address you provide is correct. In the event of an error or an incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Return conditions
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, undamaged).
The original packaging must be intact (without signs of opening or excessive handling).
The product must not be an excluded item (see section 2).
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
2.1 Products not eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for
- Products on promotion or special offer (except in the event of a proven defect).
- Opened or used cosmetic products (perfumes, hair care, mists, gels, etc.).
- Gift cards.
3. Return procedure
3.1 Return Request
Send an email to sav@freshmusc.fr with the following information:
- Order number.
- First and last name.
- Product(s) concerned.
- Reason for return (optional but appreciated).
3.2 Validation and sending
After validation by our customer service, we will provide you with the return address.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
3.3 Reception and control
Upon receipt of the package, we will check its condition and inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the return.
3.4 Refunds
If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
If your order was used with a promo code, the refunded amount will correspond to the amount actually paid.
In the event of a partial return, only the returned items will be refunded (excluding delivery costs).
3.5 Defective product or order error
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order:
1. Contact us within 48 hours with product photos.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label.
3. You will have the choice between an exchange or a full refund.
