Has my order been validated?
After confirming your order, you'll see that your purchase amount has been immediately debited from your account. The payment reference usually contains your order number. If you're unsure, check which of the following applies:
Order not paid, the purchase amount has not been debited.
In this case, the payment process has failed. You can re-order without worry, even if you see your order in your Keramla account.
Order paid, but order confirmation not received.
Your order confirmation is usually sent to you within an hour of placing your order. Please check your spam folder. We'll be happy to assist you if you haven't received it.
What delivery options are available?
You can have your order delivered to your home or to a collection point. When confirming your order, you choose where you would like to receive it. We work with La Poste, Mondial Relay, and Chronopost, but your local Keramla store can also deliver your order if you live nearby.
It is (currently) not possible to choose who will deliver your order, but we obviously guarantee that it will be delivered as planned.
How do I track the status of my order?
We would like to keep you informed about your order. You will receive the following updates via email:
- Great, you've placed an order! You'll receive an order confirmation within the hour, and we'll get to work on it right away.
- You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is packed and on its way, allowing you to keep an eye on its status with our carriers.
- We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery so you know when to expect your new products.
- After your order has been delivered, you will also receive a confirmation.

How do I return my products?
Returning your items begins with registering your return. You can easily indicate which products you wish to return using our return form. You will then receive an email with instructions and your return label.
Print your return label and affix it to your package. Place the form containing the list of returned products inside the package. Please check that the returned products comply with our return conditions.
Refer to our return instructions to find out which delivery service will handle the return of your order. It's usually easy to find a local drop-off point where you can drop off your return package on the delivery service's website.
